I went in today - after 8 years of avoiding the inevitable. I dearly paid for my procrastination - I thought all my teeth would have to be pulled out! The dental assistant was so encouraging and sweet and gentle. The dentist had sincere small talk with me, and asked about my mother who had just passed. As he looked through my mouth, and the assistant took notes, there was no judgment of my condition. Again, I just experienced encouragement and hope that I would soon smile again. I would refer them.

I have to say I am scared to death of Dentist always have been and from the time I walked into the office I was made to feel very comfortable and the young ladies there where are the sweetest girls and the dentist he was wonderful he was very gentle and made me feel comfortable I will be going back from now on I would recommend

Dr Chen and his cheerful staff make each appointment like a visit with an old friend. Graciously greeted and respectfully treated, the office and patient area was welcoming and inviting. This visit was to have a crown seated. The prompt, professional, and pleasant technician customized and seated the crown quickly and Dr Chen secured the crown perfectly in place. You have been willing to help me with my dental problems. The partial has been a challenge for both of us. So far it seems to be working. When i arrived no one came out to say you were short staffed and running late. I do not mind waiting as long as my presence is acknowledged and told you were running late. Thank you for all you have done for me.
