My father and I have brought all of her pets to Webster Animal Hospital for the last 20 years. They're kind caring and professional. My hundred pound pitbull is the biggest baby in the world when it comes to getting her nails clipped however Eric can handle her and help me to calm her down throughout the process. They're awesome! We've been taking our fur babies to them for 13+ years. They are always great with both kitties and pups (and one of my kitties was a terrible patient) LOL. Also, very kind when it's time to say goodbye to your fur babies at the end.
First-time patient and owner very satisfied with the excellent care we received last week. April at reception, Jasmine the vet tech, and especially Dr. D gave my old kitty Nell a thorough exam regarding her problem. They were kind to her and also to me, explaining the possible diagnoses and a reasonable course of treatment and involving me in the decision making process while guiding me with their expertise. They've been taking care of my cat since she was at Community Cat Connection, and have done a great job over the last 10 years. She loves the attention she gets and I love the attention they give her.
Dr Q and staff were awesome w my nervous dog, Ziggy. Thank you so much for your kindness w him and for the great tip on using peanut butter to trick him into taking his pills!
