I have had three appointments with the Animal Hospital of Waynesboro. For the 1st appointment, I had to wait over 90 minutes past my scheduled time in order for my dog to be seen. The 2nd appointment I had to wait at least 20 minutes past my appointment time. Today, I arrived 6 minutes late due to unforeseen family issues at home and was told I would be charged an $18 penalty. I had to escalate this through three people in order to get this charge removed.
