Everyone here goes above and beyond to make sure you understand what they’re telling you and you feel like they care for the well being of your dogs. I called everywhere to put a baby chick down because it had broke its leg. they were the only ones who would do it. and they were very caring like it was one of there own.
I can not recommend this vet hospital enough!!!! They are by far the best people and so very helpful!! my goat was on the verge of death and they saved him. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! highly recommended!!!
I can not say enough thanks and appreciation to the staff at Animal Hospital of Waterford!! When no one else would see our beloved Sam, they allowed us to bring him right in!! Even during the pandemic and knowing our 12 1/2 baby was ready to cross the rainbow bridge and we were not!!! The entire staff was so compassionate and caring during this difficult time!!! When our Loki has her first seizure they were there for us. They talked to two very scared parents and made us feel good with the treatment we are doing. All three of our babies (2 huskies and a mixed malamute) love Dr. Metz.
