I have used Animal Hospital at West Manheim numerous times and each time it has been good experience. Recently I had to put one of my dogs down and the entire staff was very compassionate.
Best experience ever at a vet loved all the staff they all seemed knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on with my fur baby Dr Lyons is the best
Not impressed will be looking for a new vet. Miss Dr Applefield. Nurse was very unprofessional. If you have to have blood drawn from your pet they take your pet into another room where you can not see what they are doing.
Tanner (my 5yo Golden) and I met the new Vet today! Change is hard after all these years with Dr. Aplefeld. He took awesome care of my 3 pups. But I think Dr. Lyons is a great person to carry on the practice. Here's to many years of good care ahead!
I've been using them for years now. Dr Applefield was nice but I have to say we adore Dr Lyons. He and the staff have been extremely kind. Dr Lyons took time to figure out a hard diagnosis of one of our mastiffs. We were not able to be there when Tank was sent to Heaven. We are grateful the girls stayed with him and held him until he was gone. With our new puppy Dino, Dr Lyons has an understanding of my over protection of my dogs.
