The vets come out and tell me about the details of illness/treatment- what's going on, what the numbers mean, best treatment going forwards. My cats get really good treatment and am given options of what we should do, how often and why. Last time I was in someone was having a pet euthanized; the reception staff indicated that we should be quiet as a mark of respect. I thought that was lovely and very respectful. I love their service . One of the best vets I’ve ever been too�. For one, they demonstrate their concerns for your dogs and their health . They keep up with you in reminders for appointments.
