I'll keep it real simple. I firmly believe had we been with another vet clinic at the time of our cats illness she would be alive today. Obviously she's dead. Infer from this whatever you like.

I took my dog there today because she was having a major seizure. I was disappointed in the lack of response by the person at the front desk. In an emergency situation, you need to react differently than an appointment for a routine checkup, etc. I explained to the person that we had an emergency but obviously she needs a copy of Websters which defines emergency as an unforeseen combination of circumstances that calls for immediate action. I brought our new puppy here, and had a GREAT experience! I believe we saw Dr. Kim, she was so friendly and gave me helpful tips on raising a puppy. I Highly recommend this place!
Our cat Smokey passed away recently. Dr Beth took the time to send a sympathy card with a hand written note and a poem. Very genuine group of people! Thank you :-)
