Great staff and doctors
We have two elderly pets, so I’m often on the phone with Sharon and the rest of the front desk team. They always answer my questions promptly and follow up after speaking with the vet, which has helped us avoid unnecessary after-hours emergency visits. Their communication and care mean so much to us. The veterinarians here are outstanding as well. Our pets have been patients here for over 20 years. The entire staff is kind, helpful and professional. And they will refer other veterinarians when needed. During a recent emergency issue, Jennifer and Jamie made sure that they could fit us into their schedule on a very short notice. John and Doris met us in the parking lot with a stretcher table for our pet, upon our arrival. I brought my pug in for a little bald spot. He was found to have an infection secondary to allergies. So we're treating with antibiotics and allergy pills. Dr White and Alyssa were wonderful, as always. So are all the front office staff. I joined Thrive this past year, and I am glad I did!
