Dr. Hefner and her wonderful staff have been taking care of my "family members" for years. There is no one I trust more. When she was in the process of first opening the Animal Hospital of Saddle River, but did not have office hours yet, she diagnosed a problem with my black lab over the phone. You will not find a better veterinarian or more caring staff than the Animal Hospital of Saddle River.
My family and I have been coming to Dr. Hefner for YEARS!!! We love her and her staff. Everyone is knowledgeable and ready to help in any way they can. "Professionalism" and "caring" are the two qualities we like about Dr. Hefner and her team!!! <3
amazing care i have been a client since they opened their doors...and i live about 30 minutes away without rt 17 traffic...and every minute spent in traffic is beyond worth it to receive the love and care from Dr. Hefner and her staff. they treat me and my furry children like family and you can't put a price on that.
This place is nothing but a rip off, I have been there 2 twice and both times they charged over $500 just to take a look at my dog and prescribe medicine. I don't mind paying for service, but when you pay over $500 it should be justified. Never going back.
