I can’t thank Dr Harris enough for the compassion and gentleness he showed me yesterday when I had to do what no pet parent wants to do. His direction, explanation and reassurance that I was making the right decision made it a little easier, but let’s face it, making that call is NEVER EASY. I couldn’t watch him suffer and he made sure I knew I was making the right decision. I’ll be back with my Gus, my Peanuts “kitty brother” and together I hope he has as long a life as my big boy did. I would definitely recommend this place. I am a foster for a rescue group our new foster dog was in bad shape with no more heart medicine. I called them and they got me in same day. The ladies in the front were so compassionate and even took time to take our lil foster back to the vet to check her to make sure she was ok enough to wait in the waiting room for appointment. I've just moved here and had to get my dog in to see the vet. I had an excellent experience at Animal Hospital of Pataskala. dr. Harris went overboard to show Bella that he was her friend. I would recommend this Hospital/ veterinarian because they truly care about your pet and the prices are reasonable. Bella, who is always nervous, was calm and enjoyed her trip there. if you do not have a regular vet please give them a try.
