Our previous Justus needed to be seen quickly on Tuesday. They gave us an immediate appointment. The issues that our precious angel was having was not treatable. She was diagnosed with bone cancer. I cannot say enough about how gentle, loving, and compassionate the staff was. They were so gentle with Justus and made sure that she didn't hurt while they were trying to find out what was going on. The entire staff is caring, professional, and loves animals, this I know for sure. The young lady vet (I'm sorry, I forget her name, but never her heart) diagnosed my dear Gigi with terminal stage kidney disease and leukemia after the vet in Sunnyvale said Gigi was anemic and tried to sell me a pet insurance policy! But, the staff at the Ovilla Animal Hospital loved on Gigi up to the end, the vet was straightforward with me about diagnosis and prognosis, everything was done so compassionately, I'll never forget their sensiti... read more
