Fantastic animal hospital. I am not a regular patient. My dog had an ear infection that was misdiagnosed by an emergency vet on the Cape that could not see him again a few days later when problems persisted (despite a 72 hour free recheck policy) and my dog was agitated and distressed. Animal Hospital of Orleans was able to squeeze us in between their full schedule so that he could be seen by a vet today. The staff here is so kind as caring. Getting an appointment when I needed it right away was easy and they are prompt on arrival. I’ve been going there for a long time with my dogs and the staff is friendly and it truly is a. “ no fear” time for my dog. ❤️

We were on vacation in the Cape. We brought our beagle with us. He developed an infection in his jowls. I called & spoke to someone after hours. He was very pleasant & took my information. He said to call the next morning at 8:00 AM to get an emergency visit. I called & they were able to get our dog in at 11:30. The office was very easy to find. It was extremely clean. We recently had to put down our precious Golden who was almost 15. She went to this practice her whole life. We did it outside under a tree on a blanket they had set up for us. Dr. Kirby-Madden was the most compassionate doctor and she made a devastatingly heartbreaking situation tolerable. Some of the staff that knew Madison well came outside to hug and kiss her and say goodbye. The staff are all terrific and caring. I recommend this practice highly.

Easy to get to. They have parking. Taken promptly for our appt. Staff very friendly. Very patient with our pooches. Have a good understanding of how to behave/treat reactive critters. I recommend.
