Dr. Scharf and his staff are amazing! Our cat Nermal is pretty feisty. They handle her professionally and were able to groom her matted coat with just a bit of medication. We wouldn't bring our pets anywhere else.
I’ve been going to Dr Scharf for many, many years. My dogs have reached very old ages which I attribute to the good care they get from Dr Scharf and his staff.
Dr scharf made my puppy’s first vet exam such a fun , positive experience for her . Learned a lot from him . Great staff as well!

Ease of scheduling, diligence of keeping track of pets' req'd shots and ongoing preventatives. Doc's and staffs' attitude towards our animals!
We have been coming here many years with our dogs that ranged from a 12 lb Mini Long Haired Dachshund to a 180 lb Great Dane. The Dr. Scharf and the entire staff have always been great and provided excellent care and service to all of our little monsters.

Really enjoyed our consultation with Dr. Scharf today! Thank you for being informative, knowledgeable and kind to our boy Bentley, that came to say hi. This vet is NOT ETHICAL & SHOULD not be offering services for large dogs that are gentle family pets. My grand daughter had a bad experience with him today. He quoted a price to trim it's nails & MORE than doubled it when done. He apparently was scared of the dog and wanted to put it down. BEWARE!�
I brought my puppy in for a first visit and exam last night. No other veterinarian has ever spent so much of their time making sure not only that the puppy is healthy but that I as the owner know what to expect and how to deal with the trials of owning a puppy. Dr. Scharf made sure I was prepared by the time I left his office. The degree of service I received there was above and beyond anything i could expect. Hands down the best Animal Hospital I've visited.
