But this doctor and staff were so patient, and helpful. Zoey is walking around now, eating, and back to smiling at everyone. Wonderful atmosphere around. Entire crew in this animal hospital spreading love and kindness to animals in need. I feel extremely confident, trusting and calm there. Getting there great treatment for my animals. All veterinarian doctors, technischen and office crew are extremely nice, knowledgeable and sincere. As always they have taken care of our animals with the utmost respect... we are told exactly what they are doing...what they find...and in the end tell us the breakdown of the cost. I love this hospital and all the staff.

my kitten needed emergency help and they were fast kind and gentle. came to our car and took good care of my kitten. they called before they did any x-rays to make sure I wanted that done. we were in n out fast . thankfully my little kitten was good. but I wouldn't have known that if it wasn't for the vet and assistants
I have been a client of yours for over 15 years and have taken 7 dogs there over the years and had excellent service but today when I had an EMERGENCY with my 15 year old dog I was REFUSED service because one of the vets went home sick. I am BEYOND upset and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Dr Pirtle would NEVER EVER refuse me if he knew!!! I am ashamed :(
