I have been using Lake Villa Animal Hospital since they opened, over 25 years. Unfortunately, since CoVid the staff has become short and inconsiderate of their customers and their attachment to their animals. I understand that this is a hard time for everyone, but in order to keep customers is not to treat them with disrespect. I will no longer be using this animal hospital and do not recommend anyone who wants a vet that takes your situation into consideration then do not take your animals to Lake Villa Animal Hospital.
