Scheduled a first visit with them, took work off to make it. Then called to check on exactly what I needed to bring and they said I wasn't scheduled. They said they could fix it by scheduling me later that day. I then show up and the girl tells me they need to reschedule me because he is a new patient. I said he was a new patient to them on the phone before I even headed there. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional.
They made Oliver's passing peaceful for him and supported me through it as well.
I am extremely picky about who takes care of my cats and love the doctors and staff here. Affordable, excellent care. Have been a client for several years and worth the drive i have from Grandville.

We have been very happy with the care given to our cats at AHK. They are so accommodating, & often can get us in on short notice. Not only do the vets have great clinical skills, but everyone is always so kind. Very reasonably priced also. I would highly recommend!
Vaccines for life save you tons of money, and they are open until 7pm 2 days a week!
