Absolutely love Dr West Bugg and her staff!
Really disappointing on many levels. Service has been going down for awhile. But the kicker: The week our dog of 18+ years was to pass, we had questions as to whether we were doing the right thing. Left multiple messages for a call. No one called us. And then after he passed and we called to cancel his check up visits, no condolence calls or cards.
