after 25+ years I was shocked to be told they couldn't see my sick cat for almost a week and encouraged me to find another vet. thank goodness i did. the new vet went above beyond and even squeezed us in because my cat wasn't eating or drinking and they felt it should not be put off. I have never been treated like my animal wasn't important in all the years of not only me but my family coming here. :-(

owner is crazy, yells at clients and his staff. it is a shame he doesn't have anyone to answer to for his behaviors.
My husband, Eric and I brought our 16 year poochie, Shadow to have her teeth cleaned and fix some. Sadly, when she went for surgery it was discovered she had cancer in her mouth/throat. They called us and woke her. We had to do what was best for our baby girl. They allowed us to spend as much time as we needed with her. They also gave us some shredded chicken to give to her. She went very peacefully that day. A huge THANK YOU to all the staff there. Kandy Lawrence
My dog got hurt and they stitched her up and were amazing to her and me. They go above and beyond to help animals and I would recommend anyone in the area to use them. Reception is amazing, the vet techs are super smart and helpful and the vets are really good at showing and explaining what is going on. 5 stars for them.
Recently my dog Seymor had to have his teeth cleaned and they had to pull several as he was a Rescue dog and his teeth were neglected. The eye tooth was pulled and had to have stitches to close the hole in his palette so his food wouldn’t go into his sinuses. This is one of the hardest areas to heal and because DR Webster had dentistry training he was able to fix it after three surgeries it finally healed but he did not charge for two surgeries he just wanted to make sure it closed. We just switched clinics to Grants Pass Animal Hospital and could not be happier. The staff, techs, and Drs are all fantastic. Plus they are affordable which also makes us even more happy. We won't be switching clinics anytime soon <3
This place is top THANK YOU SO MUCH!! My kitty. was was not doing good and my old vet would not change her antibiotics , wanted 500.!! I wanted a second opinion!! It was a blessing in disguise! Then I took her here and the first visit Dr Linda Coenen was great with her she changed her antibiotics, gave her fluids, tested for leukemia etc !! and she is doing great now !!! And it was not 500!! This place is great I'll go back there from now on !!
