RecommendedI do feel your pet gets very professional care. I do hate the covid proceedure of not being able to bring my dog in the building. my dog was almost killed when he got out of his collar and ran out the door when another employee was coming in. I had to run after my dog in traffic and luckily caught him just before he got to Lorain rd. I don't know why as long as you wear a mask and are just able to bring the dog in safely and then return to your car until the exam is finished. Thanks for your input! We were pretty scared by that too. We have now have all staff members wait until pets have gone into an exam room, and closed the door, before anyone else can enter or leave the building. We sure don't want anything to happen ever again. We also require all cats to be inside a carrier, we don't want any panicked kitties jumping out of our arms. And, of course, all dogs must be on a leash.

my first visit with my very nervous Walter. The staff was amazing and the vet....so kind and patient.
Would definitely recommend them. Have had my issues with other vet clinics but this place is very kind and courteous and professional. Especially when dealing with a panicked doggy mom. My boy also loved them.
The whole staff was friendly, they greeted us at the door. They took extensive time counseling us for our dogs care. Our dog Rosie was completely comfortable throughout the whole visit unlike past visits with other animal hospitals. They were very friendly and accommodating with our dog while remaining professional. We are happy to have a new animal hospital to go to for her care, I highly recommend them to people looking for excellent care.

The doctors are experienced and very thorough and caring. On a dental visit, Dr. Carter noticed a very small suspicious growth on my pup—nowhere near his mouth. Her alertness saved my baby’s life. He’s had a successful course of treatment for an aggressive cancer. I would not have him now had it not been for Dr. Carter’s observation and advice.
