Absolutely horrific place and zero care for animals, just recharging you for money and your animal comes at the very end if you can't do your job right then just say so instead of doing absolutely nothing and pretend like you did all you could omg !!!!
If there were no stars, I would give you zero. You charged me over $1,000 and I still don’t know what you did for my cat. He was sick before the visit, but he got worse afterwards and then died. Do not take your pet there. I will do my best to sue you — just wait.
Thank you to all the wonderful staff, starting the moment we entered the hospital, the receptionist, the technicians, the doctors were all very kind during a very scary time. I am pleased to announce Charley Hamilton is recovering at home. Thank you for arranging the surgery at BluePearl in Spring. It was seamless and I truly believe it saved Charley. I am forever grateful. I can't say enough.
The vets and front desk staff couldn't have taken better care of our sweet senior dog during her recent stay with AHEC. Even though it was a holiday weekend and they were slammed, we never felt rushed and were always able to go back and see our dog when we were there. Dr. Medina, in particular, really took the time to explain what was going on, the pros and cons of the proposed treatment, and what the treatment would mean for her health going forward. Called ahead of time and put on a waitlist. Arrived in the specified time. I was told 1-1.5 hour wait. Sat in the room for over 2 hours with a stressed kitten. No urgency. Checked several times and was told 30 more minutes each time. Total wait was 3 hours . Only one vet on staff . Ridiculous. On top of that they didn’t have the medication and gave me a written prescription to fill. It’s Sunday and all pharmacies are closed now since they took so long.
