DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Lab results Thursday 5/14 (said they were normal) many outside of normal range per lab results in print. $373.00 5/16 dog euthanized from ruptured spleen and massive internal bleeding. Their position is they've made no mistakes. No refund in order. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We started with Animal Hospital of Cloverdale 6 years ago for out three boxers. Loved their knowledge, compassion, service, everything about them. Four years ago we moved to Willits. We did not bother looking locally for a new Veterinary. We were willing to drive the hour to Cloverdale because of our experiences with the doctors and staff.
I love the vet technicians and the doctors. They treat my pet great! However the front desk seems to always be too busy to handle the phones and people/pets at the counter. It can get a bit frustrating.
I look forward to the comfort of bringing my dog here again after being rejected by two different vets in the Ukiah area due to thier overbooking! here in cloverdale they were kind, calm, cool and relaxed; and had time for me and my dog; making a Trumatic situation less traumatic! & their estimate was spot on with the final payment. Thank you cloverdale🐶❤️
Dr Silva is very gentle and detailed when reviewing end of life options for our pets. We had to put both our little dog and our kitty to sleep over the last few months and she was so thorough in discussing all the options available for treatment and what would work and what would just postpone the inevitable. Very caring.
