Dr. Ross is truly is an incredible human being and vet...I have 4 furbabies that have been tended to there. 2 of which we have lost �and even with that sad, unfortunate experience Dr.Ross was caring,compassionate and made me feel ok with our difficult decisions we were faced with. His calm, sincere and caring demeanor makes me feel confident that we have the right vet to care for our pets needs. Dr. Ross is such a compassionate human being and truly adores all his furry friends. He is always there when we need phone advice and appointments. So, so glad he is there for all of us!
Dr. Ross and his staff are the best! He is competent and confident, yet caring and compassionate. He has been taking care of my dogs, April, May and the late June, since he came to practice here. I have never had to wait for an appointment and he always follows up the next day to see how my dogs are doing. There is no better veterinary practice in this area.
Dr. Ross provides exceptional and personalized service. The staff are welcoming and kind. Dr. Ross is always available and ensures he calls the day after a visit or procedure! Amazing and caring!
