Second bad experience there within a year. I waited for 2 1/2 hours, for a simple visit that I booked 3 weeks beforehand to get the only vet there who my cats love! . The requested Vet I booked with and they tell me 15 min after being there, he was called into surgery Fine if that was even true!? They could have told me when I called 15 min. before hand as I was worried I'd be late for my apptmt because of traffic. I would have re-booked. I was 3 min late! This is a hard review to write, mainly because my experience here caused so much emotional distress that I don't even want to think about it, but also because when they finally did right by me and my cats (waiving fees that would have made it really hard to afford my other cat's care at another vet) I said I wouldn't report anything. I haven't and won't, because I believe everyone deserves the chance to learn and do better, but I want to share my experience because, reading other one star reviews, I resonate and worry others... read more
