The website says they are open on Saturday. I have called 10 times between 8 and 10 AM with no answer. Customer service???
The staff is always super nice and so kind to their furry patients.
They have taken amazing care of my AKC GSD and he's comfortable with them.
Dr Hampton is wonderful. She has been my dogs vet for over 9 years. I am so pleased with her & I know u will be. All the people r great & very professional & know what to hey r doing.
After being checked in and went to the counter twice for help, our beloved MC was having issues breathing we lost him in the waiting room, they never once came out to check on him as they could easily see the struggle that we were going thru. He got startled when a dog barked and he bit me, which I was bleeding everywhere and still no help from them what so ever. They do not deserve to be called a Vet, what happened to their oath as we waited and watched our cat suffer!!
They dont seem to communicate very well in the fact that there bedside manner is beyond unprofessional. They need to show more compassion in sensitive situations when a family member is lost being a beloved pet.
The caring and competent staff of Animal Hospital of Ashe has always been there when we need them, and that 's been true since just about the first month they opened.
Friendly, professional and Knowledgable. Wonderful to work with!
