I spent almost TEN MINUTES on the phone with the nicest woman who answered all my questions about my young pregnant dog/daughter in a professional and calm friendly manner, even though I sounded like a BUMBLING IDIOT! She made me feel comfortable. I WILL at least bring my two babies in once and do another review. But for now, I am OVER JOYED with my first experience! I am glad I called!
we have been coming to these fine people with our dogs for several, several years. The vet techs, front desk and of course Dr.s Irby and Stevens are steller. They are very compassionate and just say good to us and our furry babies. We cannot say enough about the excellent care we have, and continue to receive here in west memphis. We live in downtown memphis, the drive is very easy, and the cost of the fine care is, to us, worth every dime, which is quite competitive and no where near as expensive as memphis vets.

I have 2 Great Danes and several cats. Drs Irby and Stevens have Treated them all. since they were babies. Elvis is an 11 year old Great Dane. This is a huge age for a dane. They are thorough and very intensive on EVERY animal visit!
Best Hospital in the area to take your pet when they are in trouble. Most caring Vets and Tech's I ever come in contact with. I have a cat and 2 dogs..a teacup, chicachu, and a boxer, Sheba! Wouldn't enter my mind to take them anywhere else! Barbara Brooks, Marion, AR
