We have been going to this vet for many many years. I messed up our appointment time, true. We were driving and only 8 minutes away when they called to ask if we had forgotten. They said they would have to reschedule. I said we can’t and that we’ll be there in 5 min. When we got there…… was told that vet was at lunch and we would be charged an urgent fee to be seen. Animal Hospital in Willoughby Hills has been our veterinary medical facility for several decades. We have had four pets who have been cared there as well as several family members pets. The doctors and staff are very caring and knowledgeable in assessing and treating our pets concerns. We feel we are in good trusted hands with our pets.
Dr. Dennis was firm, swift and gentle with Twix, our Guinea pig: very knowledgeable about her needs and we’re Thrilled with her services!!
