I was recently in twice in a 2 week period with 2 of my pets who were like my kids. They both were up in age with conditions that were to far to do anything for. The staff was very nice and sympathetic. I am very grateful to them for their cards I received in the mail. God bless this vet.
After months of trying to get to the bottom of a kitten with a chronic sickness, multiple vets and hours of internet searches, I finally went to Rice Hope and saw Dr Bragg. 4 days later we had answers!!! THANK YOU!!! I am so happy I made the decision to call your office and trust you with Oliver's care!!!
I can not say enough positive things about the staff here. We just moved from another state and my baby had a bad infection on her tail, she then continued to chew it and they took her every time to examine and bandage. We are now having to have her tail amputated and they are so sweet to her {and me as I am the nervous wreck}. I highly recommend this vet to anyone!
Every single person I've interacted with here has been amazing. The vets take the time to talk with you, all of the vet techs listen to your concerns and learn your furbaby's name and personality. We've been bringing our pets here for several years. When we had to say goodbye to our senior kitty, we were presented with all our options, with no pressure on which one to choose, and no pressure of time. It made a world of difference.
