I took my cat Autumn to the Animal Hospital at Lakewood Ranch for a wellness visit and for a treatment to help with her over-grooming. The process they have set up for Covid was quick and easy. The vet tech that took care of Autumn, Alexandra, was very helpful and caring. She took the time to explain everything so I understood the process. Dr. Stokes took great care and walked me through everything that Autumn needed. Dr Cohen saw our puppy (8 months old) He was super with us and the Dog. Discovered things the breeders Vet had missed. Took his time, no rush.
Being a ex employee there,NO I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.THEY TREAT PEOPLE AWFUL.AND YOU SHOULD HERE HOW THEY TALK ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
We have been bringing our dogs and cat here for over six years now, have seen both vets and multiple techs, and every time we are so impressed with the level of service and care we receive! We have used the boarding services, grooming services, and treatment for illnesses including saying goodbye to a beloved pet. They were able to trim our (very hyper) puppy’s nails when multiple groomers and ourselves couldn’t manage it. The prices are reasonable and they are always upfront about treatment options and costs.
