After 37 days living in Florida, our 10 year old cat had her first ever big scare when her anal sacs erupted over night. We booked an appointment for 9am and received a call at 755am to make sure everything was under control until 9. The facility was clean and calm. But our biggest compliment is with Dr. Lower. My experience there with doctors good, Alba Sosa good person, the bad thing about this vet is the Overpricing so big that exists, for 2 medicines they gave me a receipt by mistake with the real prices and it was $30, when I claimed they gave me the receipt that for them was "the real one" without the names of the products and the total they charged us was $125.57, the dog is completely healthy and they invent diseases to sell, very bad experience with this veterinarian, I will not return.
Took my dog & her records in for UTI review that was treated by another vet and kept reoccurring. Dr. Sosa carefully examined her and her records and quickly came up with a reason, solution, and treatment plan. Excellent Vet!
I had an emergency, I wasn't sure if it my 20yr old Cockapoo was at the end of his life. They took me as a walk on. Not only did they give me great news but they were so gentle with this little old man. Wound up being an eye infection. He is back to his old self. I love this place I will be taking my dogs here from now on. They treat emergencies just as they are emergencies!
