La primera vez que fui no revisaron bien a mi perro ( Pastor aleman). Habia tenido diarrea por 5 dias, les lleve la muestra de veces y luego de 1 semana me dijeron que no tenia nada y mi perro seguia mal( la dosis que le dieron la 1ra vez no fue la.correcta. Luego de llevarles a otro sitio le hicieron bien sus examenes.La verdad no lo recomiendo para nada. Le doy dos estrelllas porque fueron amable. No la llevo mas! Terrible experiencia
Got a same day appointment for my cat. They have a small dedicated team that spends time addressing your concerns. They even did things tests in- house to save money from my original quote. The doctor was an emergency vet I dealt with and she was wonderful I am so sorry the name slipped me. I’ll be coming back for her specifically and the quality care.
I was very happy with my experience this time at Animal Hospital At Babcock. Dr. Danielle Lower was absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable on some extremely difficult topics I had to have with her and so incredibly kind. Her tech was also very helpful and wonderful as well. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Dr. Danielle at Animal Hospital At Babcock.
While traveling my 10 year old Aussie who was recently diagnosed with cancer told me it’s time. We were traveling to see family so they could say their goodbyes. I was in a panic trying to find a place to help my boy cross. My dad contacted Lighthouse and referred me to them. The staff was very compassionate and explained the procedure. This was hard as anyone can imagine. He went peacefully in my arms. I’m grateful for them and their support.
Our dog was having issues and we were able to get in quickly and diagnosed that she has a UTI. Great service and we were able to get the right meds to resolve her UTI in less than an hour.
