Exceptional. Staff go over and above to take care of the pets and their humans. Would highly recommend. Have had a great experience with Dr Porru, Dr Bridge and most recently Dr Franca.
The most insensitive care you can ever receive for your loved animal. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Took my cat here several years ago for an ear issue. Spent hundreds of dollars across multiple visits and the problem has never been corrected or even properly diagnosed. It became unaffordable for me to continue going back for just "ear cleanings" every month, with seemingly no actual permanent solution to my cat's ear problems, so I just stopped going. I've spent the last half-dozen years doing the cleaning at home, as it's really not that difficult, anytime I noticed him starting to scratch or shake his head. Called here ... read more
