Will not help any non clients. Will not support the decline of the cat/dog population in Sault Ste. Marie. How can anyone in town get a cat or dog spayed/neutered if all vets won't help non clients, nor do they accept new clients. They also did not offer me any other help, or where to turn. I was able to immediately got an appointment at Sault Animal Hospital in Michigan. Brought my healthy shih-tzu here for shots. Dog has been sick for a week. My other shih-tzu is now puking and has diarrhea. Called on the weekend and had to pay $150 for a vet to say wait till morning over a video call. These people only care about your money. They have zero compassion and I dont even think the words customer service are in their vocabulary. Called after a few more days, no availability. We had such a wonderful experience at the Animal Hospital while preparing my grandparents’ dog for travel to Argentina. Dr. Porru was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure their dog had all of the required vaccinations and carefully completed all of the necessary paperwork for international travel.
