Be honest with pet owners and not charge them everything they can while allowing a pet to suffer while they treat them unnecessarily! The humane thing to do when a pet is terminal is to allow the owner enough time to say goodbye, not milk them for money until the pet suffers and dies from it's illness.

She used to be fine at the vet, but when her doggie companion died, she would become a she devil when we took her to the vet. As soon as we came in and they realized how nervous she may become, they gave her plenty of time to get used to them and the unfamiliar smells. RecommendedAfter my first visit, I sent in a review listing my concerns and issues with my puppy’s appointment. I was contacted the following day by the office manager who made it her main concern to set things right, she scheduled me for another appointment free of charge with a different doctor who went above and beyond to cater to me and my pet. Dr. Morgan was great and extremely informative, I did not feel rushed or embarrassed asking any questions I had.
