My animals have been patients of Dr. Toles for many years. Her and her staff are very caring and compassionate. Excellent care for our pets.

I called a couple years ago to potentially switch and I had a list of questions to ask. Whoever I was speaking to seemed like they wanted off the phone and then in the background I heard one of the vets say "my God is she still on the phone with you?" Yeah, I was. I was potentially a new client that just had some questions. Instead of being insanely rude like that if you were busy I could of called back at a later time.
