I went to this clinic for the first time and found the doctor and the reception very friendly and helpful. However the technician on duty that day Kevin. W was not at all professional, he was 1 hour late delivering the cat for the first time and again when I came back for the time I was asked to come back he made me wait for 1 hour again, even though the clinic was not particularly busy Than he delivered a lecture how I should behave when I complained to him about his attitude.
