Corporate takeover ruined what was once a wonderful clinic. The pricing is designed to obscure rather than inform, the communication style punishes questions, and the marketing exploits fear. It’s clear their business model depends on you not asking too many questions. Much better options available locally if you care about fair dealing and actual animal welfare. We will not be back.
A real clinic! All the staff, from entering to paying out are cordial and warm but most important very thoroughly professional. They answer questions and propose solutions that will work for you and your pets.
Multiple times they have given us condescending tone when we ask about the price of something. They raised the price of my cat’s meds by 30$ and made me feel like I was poor and crazy for noticing the difference.
Always courteous and helpful. Staff is friendly and make Kira feel comfortable
