I had a very poor experience with this clinic when I had to put my cat down. I do NOT reccomend this clinic at all. They lost my cat's ink paw print. I had asked to have it done 4 times during the visit, it was very important to me to have it. They dont have any protocols in place to avoid losing such an important piece of memory. Their solution was to offer a $100 refund, I find this borderline insulting after being charged around $1700 in less than 2 weeks for my cat by them . Very dissapointing. We have had a good experience with each vet here, most recently Dr Simon Chateauneuf (we have seen Dr Anne Catherine and Dr Proulx before- all excellent)! We appreciate the realistic recommendations and appointment options for our 5 cats. They often see them together to make for less trips to the vet for us. Not all 5 cats are angels at the vet so THANK YOU to the front desk, techs, and veterinarians.
