The article on their website states they help the community get their pets spay or neutered. I just called and they couldn’t do anything to help! Not even recommending a place or anything like the article states! Don’t trust them and they are not nice!!

In June 2024, we brought our beloved dog Koda to this veterinary clinic during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. While the veterinary staff were kind and compassionate during our time there, our experience took a devastating turn when we approached the front desk to discuss keeping Koda overnight for transfer and cremation the following day. They don't care about animals. We tried to get assistance while one of our animals were suffering and in pain and they rudely replied that they were going home for the day and hung up on us. Not even a suggestion on what we could do as an alternative while my wife was clearly crying her eyes out trying to help. Disgusting. I wish I could give zero stars.
