These people took us in the very day our dog needed them. They seemed genuinely concerned and were very compassionate during our ordeal. They even made an error on our bill and called right away to apologize and make it right. They are now our regular vet and I will recommend them.
I’m giving 5 stars solely on the service we received from the receptionist. First, she was able to bump up our appointment due to our pets condition becoming a bit more serious and time sensitive. I was able to get in the very next day instead of our original appointment which was 4 days later. When we arrived, our cat had an accident in his carrier and she offered to take him in the back and replace his blanket with a puppy pee pad. Great overall experience. Front desk lady was pleasant on the phone and in person. I appreciated the follow up call the next day to see how my dog was. The vet techs and the vet Dr were super friendly and kept me informed the entire time.

The only clinic in town to take my dog for an emergency appointment. He was bleeding bad and all the other clinics said I had to go thru emergency vet services
