They don't care about you or your pet! No compassion!! My kitten will probably die now because they are to greedy !! I'm on disability and a very tight budget and can't pay right now, but in two weeks the bill would have been paid in full, even if it means I go with out food or anything! My animals are taken care of better then myself!!! GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY PEOPLE!!!!!!
Had our pup, Emma, spayed there and Dr. Blevins and his staff were extremely kind and professional! I had some questions the day after her procedure so I called their emergency line (it was a Saturday) and Dr. Blevins called me back within minutes and was very helpful. He even called back a couple days later to check in on Emma. You can tell they really care and are so sweet.
Animal Health Clinic, in Manchester, is made up of good people who provide the best service. Three times Dr. Blevins has said he would call one week later to follow up on a visit and each time he personally called and checked on Yoshi. I believe very much in customer service.
