Today was our first appointment and I wish we had switched when we first moved here. My dog is 7 and this is the first good vet experience I have had with him. Before today, going to the vet was a big chore because he was so scared. Today he was calm and happy. The staff was wonderful and explained things so well. Thank you for all the time you took to make sure Scooby had everything just right!
Today was my first visit. I was so impressed with the facility and the staff. Right from when I stepped into the office, my daughter and I felt welcome and made to feel comfortable. Stephanie and Sandy were so nice and truly seemed to care about my kitten. The little touches like putting a blanket down on the steel table to make my cat comfortable made this clinic stand out.
Very friendly. Dr. Smith and Stephanie loved Rosco. They explained all the options and what was best. They didn't force anything on me or Rosco. I am very glad I found a vet that is as good as Dr. Smith and her staff.
Great experience today with my cat. Professional and friendly staff. Thank you for the great care. I would recommend your office to anyone needing a great vet for their pets.
I Have a 10 week old Retriever, Labrador mix that i adopted .... I took her to the clinic on June 11th and everyone was great !!!!!!! Dr Sandy could not have been kinder in her care of Emma.. and Desirae, LVT was wonderful !!!! I called the next day because of concerns and they were great in answering my questions.. Thank you so much for being Emma's Dr, and a staff that is just as great !!!!!
I took my sweet girl of 15 years into their clinic on 3/27/14 to be put to sleep. As sad as that time was for me and 2 of my daughter's, the staff was phenomenal at helping us feel comfortable. Not to mention their private room where my sweet Lucy was able to comfortably lay on a soft blanket while we waited for the doctor.
