I have previously taken my cat here in the past. I had a great interaction with the staff then and they were all very nice. Today, I called to see about openings for my cat as I believe she had a bad cold. I told the front desk that my dogs had previously had kennel cough, and I wanted to have my cat checked out because of it. The lady got rude saying that cats can't get kennel cough from dogs, which according to the vet that diagnosed my dogs - cats can get URI from dogs that have kennel cough. Horrible experience… After boarding my animals there, 60 days later I received a phone call saying that they computed my bill wrong and I owed them another $42. They said it was employee error. If it was employer… They should have a dismissed the bill rather than trying to collect two months later. Very suspect! Terrible way to conduct business. I’ll never go back!

The Vet could try being nice. I came in the day after Covid policies were lifted. The sign was still on the door to call and they would come out and get your dog. Annual visit, concerned about my dog biting his butt. Two ladies came rushing out their truck and got in front of me, held the door for me. Me - 5 min early - them - 25 min late. They got to go in first. I had to wait. I WOULD HAVE WORN A MASK HAD I KNOWN MITIGATIONS HAD ENDED. Dr. Dina and her staff always make me feel like they have time for my dog Mr. G. Cooper and answers any questions I have. When I had to put my older dog across the Rainbow Bridge they were caring and understood my sorrow, sent me her paw print and made calls to see if I was alright. Now I have another rescue and they give him the same kind of quiet tender care when he was apprehensive. I love Animal Health Center.
