So grateful for Dr Farris and the rest of the staff! They took wonderful care of my kitty when she needed surgery. We just moved back to Enterprise and will definitely be making this office our permanent vet! Thanks again!!
I have taken all my pets to Dr. Hendrix since 2011 when we moved here. They are kind, compassionate, and do a great job. For those bashing them bc some chicks dog died and she didn't have the money, you need to realize it takes money to run a clinic, and if you're going to own an animal make sure you can afford it. Obamacare doesn't work at a vet's office.
My heart broke yesterday after a post went viral on FB. A dog was attacked by another dog the owner didn't have immediate funds and didn't pass a credit check or something so they were turned away. They managed to get funds and was headed back to the vet but the dog died on the way back. I understand it's a business but in this type of business caring for humans or animals in a critical situation saving a life should come first... Should never turn away an animal in distress because owner has limited funds. I guess this DVM has never heard of the Hippocratic Oath.
They get one star because I cannot give zero! I know someone whose dog died after being attacked by another dog. They were turned away from this emergency clinic because they only had a portion of the money needed for treatment. Money was finally raised to help out but on the way back to this clinic the dog died. That should not happen!! If appears that this place is not flexible in the least and only wants your business if you can pay it all right then!
