Very shocked with the price of the routine farm call in Elgin of $125. Plus, the exam fee of $50 when I received it, I called to get clarification from the shock and asked if I was in Island City how much would the routine farm call have been and they said $100. We were at my mom's place in the main part of Elgin and called the local vet for a simple horse wound. Our usual veterinarians in Enterprise charge $50 and $30 for a farm call so we were very shocked when we were expecting a normal farm call fee. NOPE really expensiv... read more
