Pricey-Pricey-Scary Although the care was satisfactory our dog was scared to death to go back for a tooth pull after being neutered 6 weeks earlier. Secondly, the cost of having one baby tooth pulled was not just high it was unbelievable. I could have more than one of my own teeth pulled for less. (If I had teeth) We were also charged for medication that we felt wasn't necessary and did not use. We were also charged ridiculous prices for the medication. Although I like the Vet his practices leave much to be desired.

LOOKING ^The service we recieved for our dog was good but the prices were outrageous. The first time I took her in it cost me $440. Later I had to take her back in but went to the Renton clinic and it cost me $300 there. I now have to find another vet that won't cost me an arm and a leg as she is now pregnant and she is a smaller dog.

I've been very pleased with West Valley Animal Hospital I found Dr. Mann to be very thorough and professional and his services top notch. The building itself doesn't look like much...in fact it makes you pause, yet inside I found everything to be quite clean and organized. I will continue to take both my cats to him as long as I live in the area. I've been nothing but pleased.

Convienent location and professional and kind staff We take both our dog and cat to this vet. The assistant and vet are both very kind and professional. The building itself is nothing special but the Dr. does a fantastic job and the wait is never long. Update: I would like to add that Dr. Mann fixed a problem with our dog's tail when every other vet/surgeon wanted to dock it or leave it the way it was. Definately recommend people visit this vet, especially due to the location being so convenient.

Sorry, I would not recommend this one. The Vet and the office assistant very kind but the office, exam room and waiting areas very small and smelly. Did not seem clean, especially in the waiting room. Do not feel confident in returning.

New Vet , New Environment ... much nicer than the previous vet Dr Mann has now left this practice. In fact he left with all of my dogs records!! The Dr who is there now is Dr Wood. She is very kind and thoughtful and takes her time examining your animal. The building has been cleaned up very nicely (it used to be smelly and gross with the previous vet). I would recommend the current vet highly.

Dr Mann saved my cat!!! I cannot thank him enough. I will make this brief: My wife and I traveled with our cats on a road trip and our male cat wasn't urinating he started to get really sleepy all of the time so we took him to a hospital VCA Animal hospital. The people were nice there but they are just learning how to become vets...I DON'T recommend that place. They put my cat under a lot of medications, put him on a catherer and he started to lose weight. They mentioned that he needs surgery if not he will die. We took him ... read more
