I couldn't be happier with the treatment my little Jellybean received from Dr. Pawlus and the rest of the girls. Jellybean had seen a vet in Charleston that wouldn't even consider the medicines Dr. Pawlus prescribed. And they have worked like a charm. Within a few days, she has almost fully recovered from something the other vet said wasn't treatable. I am so grateful for the kind, caring, knowledgeable doctor and her staff. They exceeded all my expectations and I will recommend their clinic to everyone I know!

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Our dog is not fond of other dogs, and they were sure to get us right into a room and take her outside when it was time for me to pay. I had to take my kids with me to the appointment, and Dr. Livezey included them in the appointment by letting them give our dog treats while she got her shots. We will definitely be returning for future care!
We were out of the country when our new cat needed to be hospitalized. For several days they emailed us, and even sent a picture of her. They have consulted the U of I vet school, and Dr. Metz has been wonderful. I do wish one vet would have let us come in when we requested an appointment before we left instead of suggesting that we try something first, so maybe she wouldn't have gotten so sick, but they've made up for that by far with the care given her once she was there!!
