Dr. Estess, Dr. Cruzen, and Bailey were incredible during a very difficult time with our baby, Gwen. They were exceptionally thorough and accommodating, and I will be forever grateful for their kindness and compassion. Thank you!
Because the staff didn't do a thorough examination of my pet, i lost my baby. I took her the next day (after i was charged 300$, no explanation as to what was wrong and sent home) to get a second opinion from Dr. Galbraith in Pulaski. Within 5 minutes, he found the cause of why my baby was sick AND showed me, via touch AND xray. Dr. Galbraith did everything he could to save her, and told me since this place basically robbed me, there was no charge for his services. Dr Cruzen and her staff are awesome! They have taken care of my babies for years and this week I had to have my sweet baby dog, Tia, put to sleep Their compassion for me and my baby-I can't even begin to thank them enough I will miss their loving care when we move away-will never find another vet like her!

We started going to see Dr. cruzen when we moved here 7 years ago and are extremely satisfied. She is a great veterinarian, very compassionate and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend her.
