Beware! Dr Pool gave my dog a steroid shot, WITHOUT consulting me (the owner) FIRST!!! That was about 2 yrs ago. The SAME dog has always has had issues itching and scratching for years. Dr. Prichett and the staff at Animal Health and Hospital are the most caring people. My cat Chewy almost died from complications from his diabetes. I believe the only reason he is alive is because of Dr. Prichett and her staff. I could write a book about the excellent care they provided. I felt like Chewy was the center of their attention while I know they had many other patients that receive the same care.
