The examination room was filthy, with used needles all over the counter. I have never been to a vet that was as unsanitary.

I just dropped off my puppy and kitten to be neutered. I hadn't seen the kennels before but the kennels and holding area for pets were clean and big. The examining rooms at Animal Haven were immaculate. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. I have taken my other cat there for the last year or so and she has some special condition, which Dr. Dennis is great at dealing with. He was very open to second opinions.
