I cannot say enough great things about Animal Genetics. They have been providing genetic testing services since 1993, offering tests for dog breeders and pet owners alike, including dogs, cats, birds, and horses. Increasingly more and more errors. With increased wait times and poor customer service. Almost impossible to get through on the telephone. DNA results incorrect, twice. With known DNA from both parents they gave results that were impossible. Sent two samples as first sample they claimed was degraded, second sample, still wrong. Spent 50 dollars in shipping and over 2000 in dna this past year alone. Called back immediately after they released the results and no one answered. Email responses are "robotic" not a real person. Awesome customer service and very fast results! I had questions on how to take the samples and the agent walked me through step by step. I mailed my sample Monday and had my sexing results by Friday!
Habitual for inaccurate test results. Do Not buy a dog based off animal genetics dna results.
