I am not at all happy with this place. They have permanently lost my business and many of my friends, family, and aquantanaces business as well. First of all, they almost killed one of my dogs by giving him too much anesthesia when neutering him. Two other of my friends have also had the same issue. I love this place, Dr. Roberts is the best! However, it might be helpful to note on their hours of operation that they close for lunch from 12-1:30-I've stopped by 3 times on my way tipi work only to find the door locked with no sign or anything-had I known this, I could have planned for it & left a few minutes earlier.
My cat, Sheldon had lost a claw. They took him right in, no waiting. They were very nice. I definitely recommend them 💯.
My sweet puppy was so sick and I brought her in. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Roberts knew just what to do. And she’s so much better now. Plus, I didn’t even wait ten minutes before being seen. Total time there was less than 20 minutes.
