Been trying for 6 months off and on to get an appointment. Orange Park location doesn't answer the phone, ever. They also haven't returned messages left on voicemail or an email. Southside location may as well be shut down. Their phone rings about 8 times, beeps, then disconnects. Shameful. Tire shops are better at answering phones. The bad part is, this is the only pet dermatologist in the area. Despite their poor customer service thus far I have to keep trying to get my dog in. Every other vet and every other pet dermatologist in Florida allows you to be a part of the experience of your pet being checked out for allergy issues. This is extremely stressful for the animals and my dog in particular has severe anxiety issues. They do not allow under any circumstances for you to be involved with your examination. This is very frustrating considering everywhere else allows this. I will now be driving 2 hours away to go to another dermatologist that allows this.
poor service, they are not aware of the need of the animals, just make an emergency consultation because no one can attend to my dog, only a dermatologist, and the secretary tells me that they cannot attend me until January, I am indicating that it is a emergency and that only they can take care of my pet and even so they did not care, if it is about giving quality of life to the pets, these people do not care at all about the life of your pet
This place is AMAZING!! So friendly and they truly seemed to care about my dog. They explained everything very well and repeated things I didnt fully understand. Highly recommend. Just wish they could be my normal vet to visit.
