2nd time here different dog. I would like some see what they did with my dog than keep me me in a room by myself. Closed circuit TV would have been nice.. They seem very concerned about him. He has glaucoma and he's gone blind in one eye

I am very disappointed with the way my dog’s urgent medical situation was handled by the clinic’s front desk staff. My 7-month-old Maltese puppy has glaucoma, a serious condition that can lead to permanent vision loss. We already had an appointment scheduled for May 18, but when his second eye became inflamed, I brought him in immediately because of the urgency of the situation.
