I would give a no star or o star review. First of the vet was very knowledgeable and professional, but it ends there. The practice just cared for the money, the front desk was extremely rude and treated you with very little respect or caring, all they wanted was your credit card. My dog was diagnosed for SARDs, and was told that the practice did not treat for that diagnosis, and I should see a endocrinologist. During my initial phone call I was told that they take care of everything not just eyes. My cat has eye issues, but recent weight loss was my main concern. After allowing them to do eye tests after clarifying that they do not do everything as promised, I was given a ridiculous estimate (over $5,000) after the $250 already dropped today. I decided to get a second option and just take the medicine they suggested. THEY NEVER WEIGHED MY ANIMAL AND GUESSED AT THE WEIGHT! ALL MEDIATION IS DISPENSED BY WEIGHT AND THEY WERE NO WHERE... read more
