Dr. Gibbons and her staff are amazing! My 4lb Mi-Ki somehow got ulcers in both eyes after grooming, (possibly shampoo burns?) Emergency surgery and both eyes are doing awesome. Her right eye was almost white with cloudiness and 2 1/2 weeks in its a nice dark eye again. Left one required a graft which is also healing great. I have nothing but the highest of praise for the Animal Eye Center!
Timeliness for appointment was great. Staff was friendly and caring. The physician could have been a bit more personable.
If you want somebody who is warm and loving, don’t come here, but if you want someone very knowledgeable and straightforward, who will not give you any fluff, come here. Everyone in the office is great and the doctor can seem rude and careless, but I actually value her approach because I know she will always tell me how it is and she is actually very knowledgeable so I feel very well taken care of even though I know she would never wipe my tears lol
The did a great job treating my dogs eye ulcers
